To whom it may concern,
I am a final year student studying Speech and Language pathology in the University of Ulster in Belfast Northern Ireland. My enquiry is regarding the HB1 visa. I am planning on coming to America in July 2009 following my graduation, and aim to gain my experience in the profession.
My enquiry is regarding the H1B visa cap. I understand there is a limit to the number of visa's given out, however, I am not sure if this cap applies to graduates of a higher education course. Can you tell me if this is the case?
Thank you,
