H1 Visa Appointment question

Hi

I took a visa appointment for self and wife for this Friday at Chennai consulate. Due to some family emergency, my wife will not be able to make it to the visa interview.

Is there any way I can cancel her appointment and proceed with mine? Appreciate any pointer in this regard

this is your first stamping for H1b & H4 for your spouse too? and you plan togather for H1B & H4 visa stamping right?? you can pospond your spouse interview date, but if you enter into USA alone, then after your spouse needs yours 2 pay stubs atleast... that I know.. best luck

No - this is not the first - but its the 2nd time. I am on H1 Extension - my wife is not planning to join me any sooner so only I will be travelling.
