Hi,

Thanks for quick reply. I have gone through that document. But I have some questions.

I have received I-797 receipt but not approval Notice. I have file Premium processing. SO I am sure that I will get my documents in 2 weeks. Can I schedule appointment using receipt after 1 month appointment date? By the time interview will come, I will able to get documents. I have to go for appointment before 25th Nov and it is difficult to get appointment dates. So thought to schedule appointment before I receive approval. Is there any problem in doing so?

I am working as consultant and was advised that client letter is good to have. Would you please provide me format for client letter that we might need to show if you have?

There is no specific format. Something that says you are working at xyz from xx date and an important resource would be fine.

As far as appointment goes, you would need all the petition approval particulars and i doubt just a receipt would not help. No harm in trying though.
