I'd greatly appreciate an answer to this query!
My fiancé is in the US on H1B and we are getting married in India later this year.
He just got a new job offer. We want to apply for the new H1 after getting back from India.
But in case the H4 takes a long time, can he start the process for the new H1?
So in other words, can a H1 transfer start even if the H4 is in process for the older H1?
