    Can I take scanned copy of I-129

    I had some typos in my I-129, my employer did amend it. now as I dont have enough time to get the hard copy posted to me. he is sending me a scanned signed copy of I-129. Can I take it for interview?

    please reply me ASAP.

    No. Original is needed.

      Thanks for the reply, I would postpone my intterview and will ask my employer to send me the hard copy...

        Apart from original approval notice [I-797B]do we require original I-129 aswell?

          yes, you need ORIGINAL I - 129 petetion & with it you also need Form G-28 (Notice of Entry of Appearance as Attorney or Representative).. best luck
