H1 company changed H4 need to appear in embassy again?

My husband has changed the H1 Comapny in USA. I am having H4 visa. I am in India now. Do I need to go to Embassy to get the visa stamped again with new compnay docs or can i travel on the current visa mentioning old comany details?

You need to remember that your H4 is tied to your spouse's H1B; your spouse's H1B is linked to an employer.

You only need to worry about new stamping when it expires (obviously unless it has been canceled by consulate). Just carry current papers.
