Help in DS-156 form

I m applying for an H1B visa for me and H4 for my child and wife.I have my brother in USA. Shud i mention details of my brother in the DS-156 of mine, mywife and my child? My agency guy instructs me not to mention brother's details. What shud i do ? pls help

you must have to mentioned it, there nothing to effected your H1B, VO don't care about it. but, if you not mentioned and they verify it , and they found something you are hiding then thats the crime as per law of USA consulate or embassy.

ok , I mentioned my sisters in USA and they are in the same city , but remember you have to say that you are not staying with him, you are staying at Employer's location or city. best luck
