Query for H1

H1, First i went on visa type H4 , my visa validity was 2 yr. but i came before, validity till 2002, second time i applyed in 2006 for B2, they refused. and they put on stamp
on my passport "cancelled without Prejudiced" on stamp H4

Now i am applying for H1, so i am filling form DS-156 ,
There is one question-Has ur us visa ever been cancelled or revoked , so i am not getting what i need to write yes or no

Pls any body help me ASAP

"Cancelled without prejudice" is not a problem. It just meant that if you were to need to enter the US on H4 again that you would need to reappear with the papers current at that time.

You must answer "yes". If this was stamped on an old passport, take that with you to the interview.
