H1b rejected and want to reappeal what are chances of appoval

Hi everyone i filed my H1B petition under general quota and it got my picked in lottery but now i got denied. i want to reappeal, for that what i have to do and what are chances of approval. can anyone please me out in this suituation.

What is the reason for denial? How can one tell what to do without knowing the reason? In most cases, appeals are re-affirmed as per the initial decision and in probably less than 5% of the cases overturned and approved.
