  • H4 interview with only 2 months pay-slips ?

    Hi,

I have come to US very recently on H1 visa. Currently, I have only two month pay-slips.
My wife will be attending for H4 visa interview this month in chennai, India.

Will it be okay to have only 2 month pay-slips?

Or is it mandatory to have 3 month pay-slips for H4 stamping?

    Please provide me the information.

    Thanks in advance

As per rules 2 pay stub is enough to show that you are working and able to sponsor your wife. send it and talk to your spouse apply for H4 without any fear.

As long as you have been in status and have been getting paid continuously, no problem.

I am not a lawyer and you need to consult with one to validate any info posted on the forum and discuss your case specifics. H1b Question? Read the FAQ first.
