H1B issue

Hi

I got H1B from my previous employer A. Now I joined new Company B.

I didn't travel to US even once. Can my new employer B use my h1b to send me to US?

Is there any time restriction that i have go to US before particular period. Anyway It is still valid for next one year. Can i travel anytime during that one year. Is it possible to go to US for firsttime even before 2 months of expiration?

some risk at POE but you can travel , ask Employer B for Transfer.

my visa will expire on 1st october 2009.
can i go to US at any time before the expiration period..because why i ask this is that i heard that i can go there only before february 2009....

will there be any problem (at Port of entry) if i go after february 2009 ???...
( Is there any such restirction like that?....)

You can only enter on that visa stamp until the stamped date. You will need to obtain a new stamping to enter later than that. You should be OK.

You must have proof of job if there has been a delay in you reporting for job.

My H1B actually expires in october 2009.
If i go to US in January 2009(first time travelling), will there be any problem in port of entry?
Could you explain me what sort of problem will be there at POE ?
how to overcome it?
