H1 b query

Hi! I am planning to take appointment for H1b (as physical therapist)at chennai. I dont have license of physio in USA,but has visa screening,credential papers and all the required papers like I797,I 129. Will VO ask for the license. I have one tourist visa refusal also,that 4 months back. I had asked for permission to take license exam which only takes place in USA.Will it be tough to get visa.Pls advice what 2 do?

Does your employer pay you while you wait for the licensing exam results? They have to as per the law.

I don't see a problem with the visa if the employer will pay you.

Thanx 4reply.Ya my company will pay me.If VO asks 4 the license than what should I say? and what about one rejection of tourist visa.
