Travel document ( as my i-140 denial )

Please help me...
My LCA approved, i-140 Denial, as they filed in EB2 when compare to EB3( as i have 3 year degree + NIIT), also at the same time they filed my i 485 process that inclides EAD and travel document(advance pay roll)
MY current status having valid Travel document and EAD card(valids upto dec,2008) which was filed while filing my i485 ( but my i 140 has denied )

So can i go to INDIA(don't have valid visa stamping) and come back to US with this Travel Document, EAD which is valid upto this year ending... because i have old visa staping which has expired last year.

Please let me know this will be a great help..

It is a no brainer. You cannot use any documents that you got as a result of your I485 filing. They are all void.
