H1 Transfer

Hi All,

I work for Company A in india. I have got H1 Papers (i-797) from Company X, US. But still i havent attended for Visa Interview.
Is it possible to transfer H1 petition from Company X to Company Y before attending Visa interview and when i am in India.

Can anyone pls tell me
