No response to RFE

Why is it that most employers (consultants) do not choose to respond to the RFEs sent by USCIS ?

Any specific reason behind it ?

Because they cannot provide what USCIS is asking for. In most cases, client letter or a wage statement of its employees as they have many people on bench and do not pay them which is illegal. Many do show loss on their tax filings. They would rather choose not to respond than do and expose their illegal activities.

So what should an employee do in this case ?
Afterall, they are playing with the future / career of an employee.

But they dont care about your career, they only care about the money you'll bring to them if you get the visa and start working for them.
