Dear Sirs:
I have a H1B visa as from October 1st 2008 with one employer-as an analyst- but they cannot employ me anymore, which means I will not
have paystubs from this employer to apply for the transfer.
Currently, I am doing document review for a law firm in NY though a temporary agency and it might be willing to file the transfer as there is plenty of work for me. I am a foreign attorney with a LLM from Columbia University. Also I need to travel to Belgium to renew my residence permit on October 1st. My questions are the following:
1 Can the temporary agency file a H1B status for me?, I understand that I could continue working with them upon the date they file the application?
2 Do they have to present all the documents required for a new H1B visa or it is just one form they have to fill out?
3 If the application is not approved will I loose my current H1B visa?
4 How much will your services cost for helping me with this procedure?
Thank you very much.
