which I-94 should be given

i came on L2 visa and applied for H1 which is approved with COS, I-94 attached.
both have same number.my question is am planning to go my home country now.

which I-94 should be given at Port of Exit?
the one with H1 approved petition ?

Give the I-94 of the status that you currently hold. If you have both, staple them and return them both.
