    H1 interview

Hi, What does mean by "cancelled without prejudice", they stamped on my H4 visa in my passport. Now i am applying for H1.

---- They want to any fradulent use of the Visa

Will it be affect on the my H1?

---- No, it does not. Your H1 Visa interview is independent in itself

In form 156 there is one Question
"has ur us visa ever been cancelled or revoked"
What should i write-Yes OR no

---- Write NO, as your Visa was never rejected or revoked unless your some Visa like a B1/B2 that has been rejected. Even then it does not have any effect on the present H1 interview
