Does anyone know if it's possible for a person in their fifties working in the building construction field (more of a management position) to get an H1B visa? I only know about IT companies that offer H1B visas, but I don't know what's the situation in other industries.

---- Yes it is possible, you have to google and find a employer who can sponsor you for a position in their company, assuming that you have requisite experience/qualifications for that job and the company has to vouch for the same
