Hi,
My H1 expires 30th Sep 2008. My company applied for the extension. And I got the receipt dated Aug 29th, 2008. I am waiting for the approval. I need to travel to India in October/November.
1. What would be the better choice for stamping, Chennai or Mexico. (Not sure when the Hyderabad consulate is going to open? I am from Hyderabad)
2. If I get the approval after Sep 30th 2008, can I still go to Mexico and get the stamping done there. What will happen if I get any queries?
