Project description format (for H1)

Hi,

I have applied H1 for In house project.VO will ask for Project description
I just want to know about project description format.
My Employer has sent 100 pg project manual, Is this sufficient?

Or is there any format for project description

Please any senior member help, next week i have an appointment.

if you know Tech. details of it also it's enough.. as per printed material if you bring 1page 10pages or 100 to 10000 pages also enough, there are no restriction but it's should be understandable to VO. don't go more depth in technicaly. best luck
