Unable to schedule visa appointment at Tijuana (Mexico). Shows "not opened" dates.

Hi,

I am trying to get a visa appointment at Tijuana US embassy in Mexico. I paid 8 $ and got a PIN. I am trying to get a online appointment date but saw that no appointment date is available till December 2008. In the calender it is written " not available (red stars)and some days as "not opened (grey stars)". Will they open the "not opened" dates lately for visa appointments? It looks bit strange as I am unable to get an appoinment in coming 3 months. Can any one help? I am looking for any dates in Oct-Dec. Is it that tight schedule to get appoinments?

This is the busiest time of the year with winter approaching, travel plans for many people in Dec, new H1b quota, F1-H1 conversion stampings etc.

Keep checking both Canadian and Mexican consulates if you are desperate.

When is the best time to check for appointment for Mexico visa? I want to avoid opening the tab again and again all day. At what time their calender updates?
