H1 visa query

My wife got H1 visa stamped from a major indian IT company.There are no requirements for the client in US right now..

Can she leave her indian company and join some other company and travel from india to US without having travelled even once for the primary indian IT company(which applied the visa)?

So that means applying for a transfer even before using the visa for the company that applied and got the visa stamped.

Please clarify?
