Help - H1 B Query

Hello,

I need to know how long I can continue working on my L1B Visa once my H1B is approved? I am looking to continue with my current employer(with whom I'm on L1B) for a couple of months ..Is that going to be possible?

If it is a COS to H1B, you must begin work with H1B employer on date on I-94.

If you did not intend to work on H1B, why did you file?
