Hello,
My current H1 expires in October and my company filed a H1 Renewal.
We got the H1 approval (I129) approval from USCIS last week.
I need to go to India in November.
Can someone please give me some information on the process to be followed from now on or point me to some documentation ?
Do I need to schedule an interview with in the Consulate again ? If yes can I choose any consulate ? Is the process for scheduling an interview same as the process for scheduling for the first time H1B applicants ?
I was looking for any information related to this is in the VFS site but did not find anything specific.
