Dear Sir / Mesdames,
I am here on a B1/B2 visa regularly buying classic cars, race cars / parts and components for export back to New Zealand. We are planning to buy a race shop here and start a local business, selling race car parts and components both locally and internationally. On a long-term basis, importing macinery and vehicles into the USA from Japan.
On this premise, before we proceed any further, we would like to inquire that should we establish and register a domestic company here in the USA, what VISA do we need to have in order to manage the start-up operations of the company here which is normally at least 1.5 years to have everything settled/ organized, and operating smoothly?
We would appreciate any information helpful for us to make our decision on this business. Thank you.
