Leapfrog still available ?

Hi,

My L1-H1 is approved with COS, and is effective. Is there any way I can continue on L1. Some of the replies says, Yes leapfrog is possible even after Oct1st. So Can I do the leapfrog now ? My L1 VISA expires in Oct2009. So if I goto India now, will I be able to enter US on L1 ? Please reply...

There is nothing like it being available or not. You are out of status if you don't do that or if you don't start work on H1b during that period and could have bad consequences later on with your immigration.
