H1 B DS 156 question

I am currently on H1B valid upto 2011. planning to travel to India in Nov and visting Consulate for a first time stamping.
My I485 is pending .
My question is regarding one of the section that I need to answer on Visa form Ds 156

Has anyone ever filed an immigration visa petition on ur behalf ? yes or no

What should be the answer

Yes as you have a 485 pending. The answer remains Yes from when a I140 is filed.
