New H1B Visa

Hello Sir,

I had filed my H1b file through one company and I also got my approval. Later we got to know that the company is a fraud so now is it possible to transfer our H1b? I just dont have visa right now I just have an approval. So, On that basis is it possible to transfer? Because If I got go Get visa it is surely going to get rejected.

Its my humble request to please help .

You just file for new H1 and enclose the copy of your current approval.
