Hi
I m currently having F1 Status. Applied for H1 and got H1 approved.
But due to emergency back home, i travelled to India. So the change of status didnt happen and i got a notice saying "change of status from F1 to H1B" has beed denied and i need to get stamping from Chennai counsulate.
From Oct 1st, they changed my F1 status to H1B. I had applied for OPT.
Now they are saying if i want my F1 status back, H1 will be rejected.
I m not sure whether i will get my H1 stamping if i go to chennai coz i dont have enough work experience.
Can anyone suggest me wat i should do?
