L1 - H1 issue

Presently I'm working for company A and has a valid L1 visa till Nov '09. I applied for H1 and got approved, yet to get stamped. Now company A is requesting me to travel onsite, will there be any issues if I travel to US with L1 visa, since my H1 got approved?
