H1 extension with UK Master's degree

I have an appointment on Oct 21st(Next tuesday) in tijuana for H1 extension. I have all the documents like 797, pay stubs, employer letter, client letter, W2s etc. My Masters degree is from University of Luton, UK. Would this be any problem while getting stamped. I see a lot of posts that mention to go back to india for stamping if one doesn't have a US degree and I am little concerned about this.

This is something you have to be prepared to do and accept the risk as one could be asked to by the VO. Many do get successful visa stamp. It is just a beware kinda note.
