H1B approved ... but can't travel... how can i avoid it

I got my H1B approved. I apllied through a genuine consultancy.I haven't paid them anything till now. But this time i can't travel for some personal reasons.This month is my visa interview. How can i avoid it? Will the consultancy create any issues? Do i need to refund them? What actions will they take? please help me........

Going for the interview does not impact anything. It is a job offer, they cannot do anything. But you are hurting other genuine applicants that companies no longer are willing to sponsor without a "security" deposit which anyway is illegal.
