plz any one help me out. how much experience z required 2 get a H1 visa. I saw a add posted n tis site whose H1 got rejected due 2 lack f 3 years experience. i hav only 1.11 years exp. n my papers got approved , im planning 2 attend interview by nov 14th. will i face any problem with te VO regarding my total exp?? plzzzzz any 1 kindly reply if u know the details.

H1b is rejected for many reasons. The job requirements determine the experience needed. I had no experience after my MS when I got my H1b.
