Hello,
I got H1B stamped from consulate(Chennai, India) in Dec 2007. Validity is till Dec 2010, but I never travelled to US. Communication from my US employer says I could join after April 2009.
Now, my present company in India, want me to travell US on B1 VISA for 2 months.
Will the validity of H1B expires / Cancel because I apply for B1 now?
Can I apply for a B1 VISA when I am having valid H1B for another employer?
Kindly help me to understand. Thanks.
