H1B Change of Status
I'm currently on L1 and had applied for H1B. I received a RFE for my H1B and the case is still pending. My case is not consular processing but change of status. The questions I've are,
1. If I get an approval for my H1B, can I still continue to work on L1 and use my H1B aaproved petition 6 months down the line?
2. I mean can I go out of the country before the H1B start date and return after that on my L1 visa and then later use my approved H1B petition for stamping?
3. Will my approved H1B visa be automatically cancelled if I enter the country on L1B?
4. Is it possible to change my status from L1 to H1B using the I-535(change of status) form after 6 months?
