Regarding H1B Stamping after H1B Transfer

Hi,

I got my new H1B Transfer done recently. I still have the H1 stamping of my old employer on my visa which is valid till Sep 2009.

I am getting married this december and i want to apply for a H4 for my spouse. So, do i have to get my visa stamping changed that shows my current employer before applying for a H4? If yes, how do i approach to change my H1 Stamping, Do i have to book an appointment again?

If new employer stamping is not require on my visa, can i directly go an get the H4 done for my wife?

Request you to provide me an approach for the same?

Just send her for H4 stamping. You don't need one but if you choose to, can get one.
