H1B approved from USCIS.But i am leaving the company

Hi Guys,

My employer had got my H1B approved this July.But when i did not see any serious approach of getting it stamped, i thought of taking a exit.In this case can i have the h1b that got approved in paper OR so that my new employer can take a note of it.Guys, pls help me out.

You don't have any legal right to have it as it is employer's petition. But you need it for future use to prove cap count.
