ds156 QUESTION 38?

Does a speeding ticket [four years (2004)] fall under any of the categories of question 38? This wasn't any arrest or anything...just a regular ticket, a fine for which I paid off..

Specially the one where,
"Have you ever been arrested or convicted for any offense or crime, even though subject of a pardon, amnesty or other similar legal action?

No, it does not even though the wording kind of suggests so. Simple traffic violations need not be marked on visa forms.
