Hi,
I am on H1 getting married soon and have the below questions for my wife's
H4 stamping
1) I have applied for 485 in July 2007
a) what should she answer if they ask her do you plan to immigrate to USA
b) Has your spouse applied for GC
2) I do not have a fixed location and keep on moving to different projects mostly stay in Long Term in Hotels. mypayslip, bank statement and driver's license belong to different locations , my current project is getting over and the address i can put on DS 156 will be of a different state will this cause an issue.
3) I do not plan to change my wife's last name on the passport immediitely after marriage, i plan to get her to the usa and then change her last name through the Indian consulate in USA . what kind of problems will this cause.
any other advise will be appreicated
