    HIB transfer, if rejected by VO

    Hi,

    I will be attending H1b visa interview @ chennai consulate on 14/11/2008. If at all by any chance if they reject my Visa because of any issue they find with respect to my US employer, can I transfer my H1b to any other employer? Or again I need to go through the lottery system next year as well?

    Once cap counted, H1b can be with any employer. Read the FAQs.

      Thank you very much txh1b. But this is my fresh H1b, I have never been to US before. To transfer H1 I need to have atleast 2 months paystubs, right?
