    Hi,

I came on H4 last year January, my husband applied for his H1 extension and got approved. I also got new H4 approved, but dint go for stamping. I want to go to India this Novmber with my kid. I have these questions.

Can I go on my H4 that is based my husband's old H1.?

Will there be any rejection while stamping in India for new H4?

Please, ur earlest reply will be appreiated.

    Thanks,
    Sunitha

So you have a valid H4 extension of status based on your husband's new H1. As long as you have a valid H4 visa (irrespective of what employer it is based on) you all should be good to enter with H4 I-797 and visa. Also carry a copy of you husband's new I-797.

No need for new H4 visa (stamp) if your old one is valid.
