Applied H1 in India and in US on H4

Hi,

U might have seen or replied similar posts before but please take time to reply.

I Applied for H1 in India and came to USA on H4. Now that i have H1 approved and heard several options like COS, or stamping done in Mexico/canada etc to start working.

Does anybody have success stories to share as what they have done to start working when they were in similar case as I am in?.
