My friend transferred his H1B from Company A to Company B. Company B filed his H1B an status online shows application received and pending. He was fired from the company. What hapens now? Is he Out of status? What happens if he calls back H1B Process?

Yes, he is out of status. He can go back and work for A if they have not revoked the H1b immediately and maintain his status.

Can he apply for H1B from Company C.If possible from whom do he has to have his paycheck for h1b transfer? I think company B ran his paycheck till septmeber 31?what is da solution.
