Need Suggestion Regarding H1B transfer Withdrawl

Hi,

I used to work with company A. They applied H1B for me. In august I moved to Company B. They applied for H1B transfer in the end of September. It's has been under process for 1 month. The status is Case received and pending. Now my present employer (Company B) laid me off. Company B wanted to withdraw the H1B transfer. If they do, will it cancel H1B with my previous company(company A) also. What is my status?

Go back to A if they have not yet revoked your petition with them. Or find another employer C and apply for transfer asap.
