procedure to apply for H1B from USA

Hi
I am from India, and after marriage I came over to USA on H4 Visa. I want to apply for H1B Visa. Please give me information on how to apply for H1 and good consultants to deat with.

Please reply and help me to proceed further..

Stop reposting messages again and again and try to do some research. A good place to start would be newh1 dot com and google along with immihelp.
