L1 and H4 query

Dear members,

Please help.

My husband applied for my H4 last year and i got the same.
It was valid till June 2008.
I applied for my L1 by March 2008 and i have got the same.
When i went for L1 stamping they did not talk anything about my H4.

Now my husband has applied for his H1 extension and extension is approved.
We both are in US.

Now i am planning to go back to India and apply for H4.
If i go for my H4 stamping will my L1 gets cancelled?

Please clarify.I need to take a decision before this week end.

Depends on the VO. You can tell the VO that you intend to work after a break for a while again on L1 and they could leave the L1 visa as is.
