H4 application question

Hi guys,
I am a F-1 student visa holder working in a research organization. I am going to apply my H1B with premium processing so that i can get if fast. Is there any way for my wife to get her H4 application fast as well. If she files the I-539 with me together, will she get approved at the same time as my h1B get approved? Thanks.

When both H1 and H4 are filed together, USCIS tries to PP both the cases. No cost for H4 PP. But PP of H4 is a courtesy but not a rule. So YMMV.
