Hi,
I'm working in US on H1 with employer A and my project is ending shortly. Meanwhile I got an offer from another desi company B for H1 transfer. But I think the current economic situation will not fetch me a job immediately. I have another job offer from a company in UK for a good salary. Can I tell my employer A and B that I'm going for India for 1 year and come back later using the same H1 of A or appl notice of B and start working? Will there be any legal issues?
