Middle vendor

Hi ImmiHelp,

I have no problem with (client ) and I have a Middle Vendor above my employer, My employer doesnt pay properly and that too very late, If I ask for pay he says that leave the company and I dont want to leave the client. I donot have problem with Vendor.

My question is whether I can change my employer keeping the Vendor and Client same place and just changing my employer. Please help me on this issue. Please Suggest me whether I can change just the employer not the vendor and the end client.
and what would be the procedure.

That middle vendor needs to file H1B visa for you and then you can work for that vendor.

Make sure you have not signed any documents with your current employer that prevent you from doing that.
